A number of industries have located in this park including Morris Industries, Redfern Farm Service, Town Public Works, Pioneer Grain and the newly expanded Husky Ethanol plant. Recently four lots have been sold to local businesses: C. Burton Enterprises, Kirk's Service, Saler's Backhoe and Birch Construction.

At last count there were 4 lots available after subdivisions are completed. There may be more made available if further subdivision is required to split the lots. The lots have been designed for industrial and industrial reserve use.

The Minnedosa Industrial Park provides a minimum of 300 foot frontage with access to a commercial street. The installation of sewer and water mains will be completed in 2009.
